You can add new items to Drive much more easily, too. In the advanced settings, you can add file extensions for the app to ignore. You don't need a handful of documents and folders in the way of your pics, right? On the flip side, you can specifically exclude files types from Backup & Sync in the new update. The toggle for photos and videos will be handy if you use Drive mainly for camera backup. Check the Direct connection option, the Don’t limit option under the Download Rate and Upload Rate tab, and click OK. Click Settings on the left and select NETWORK SETTINGS.

I see so many similar questions and yet no clear. To enjoy more advanced sync modes like Mirror Sync and Real-Time Sync, please upgrade to higher editions. Whenever I try to backup my chats on the cloud, for a weird reason, it takes so much time.
